QuikyPay is the payments rail for the Magnus and Quiky ecosystem. These terms apply to your use of QuikyPay wallets, checkout, merchant onboarding, and the payments API.
Accounts
Every QuikyPay account is backed by a MagnusID. One person, one wallet. You must be at least 18 years old to hold a wallet. High-risk categories (cannabis, adult) require additional verification.
Money movement
Balances are held by QuikyPay as your agent for payment. Withdrawals to your external bank go through Stripe Treasury. Payouts to merchants run on the schedule configured for that merchant (standard / daily / weekly / manual).
Disputes + refunds
Refunds within the refund-liability window (90 days default) are handled server-side with automatic merchant_receivable reversal. Chargebacks open a dispute case; evidence uploaded to the merchant dashboard is forwarded to the processor.
No warranty
QuikyPay is provided as-is while in beta. Uptime SLA applies to enterprise contracts only.
