Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your MagnusID sub claim (a stable identifier — not your email).
• Your transaction history (amounts, merchants, timestamps, status).
• Tokenized payment-method references (last 4, brand, expiry — never the full card number).
• IP-derived country/region for fraud scoring.
• Tax-related info (tax ID, address) only when a payout threshold requires 1099 filing.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your transaction data. Ever.
• We do not share transaction details with anyone outside the payer/payee/QuikyPay beyond what's required for tax reporting or fraud investigation.
• We do not store raw card numbers. Stripe holds the PCI scope.

Agents

QuikyPay is classified sensitive — AI agents cannot move money on your behalf. Agents can read your balance and transaction history only if you explicitly grant quikypay:agent:readscope; all writes require a human.
